"Charged me, but I never got any real help"
I reached out expecting support from a hearing expert, but they didn’t help at all. I was charged, and then there were no useful updates or follow-through. Frustrating experience overall.

"I tried Lexie during the trial..."
I tried Lexie during the trial period, and overall it’s been okay. Getting everything set up wasn’t too bad, and the app is easy to figure out. The sound just feels a little tinny to me, so I’m not totally sold yet. I did contact customer support and they eventually got back to me, but the waiting was frustrating. I’m still deciding whether I’m going to keep them or send them back.

"Good value for what I paid"
I decided to try Lexie hearing aids after getting some much higher quotes from local places, the lower price was a big reason I went with them. For what I paid, I’ve been happy. I can follow conversations better now, especially around the house and when I’m out shopping, which has made day-to-day stuff a lot easier.
Getting them set up took me a little time, and the app has a few moments where it could be smoother, but I was able to figure it out without too much trouble. I do wish customer support responded a bit quicker sometimes, but overall, my experience has been positive. They’re not perfect, but for the price, I feel like I made a good choice.

"Remote care just didn’t work for me"
I really wanted to like the remote care option, especially because I’m the kind of person who’d rather handle things from home if I can. But it was frustrating. Replies took way too long, and when someone finally got back to me, the answers felt generic, like they weren’t really reading what I was saying. My hearing aids still didn’t feel adjusted right after multiple tries, and I kept having to explain the same problem again and again. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it felt like I was just stuck without any real help.

"I was hoping speech would come through clearer..."
I was hoping speech would come through clearer, but voices still sound kind of muffled to me, especially when there’s a lot going on in the room, haha. It’s not terrible, just not as clear as I expected...

"Hit or miss on comfort"
I really wanted to like these, but they were kind of a miss for me. The fit just didn’t feel right, and after about an hour my ears started feeling sore and a little itchy, so I kept wanting to take them out.

I did try swapping the tips and adjusting how they sat, but nothing really fixed it. I can see them working fine for someone else, so it might just be a hit or miss thing, but they were too uncomfortable for me to use every day.

"The return process was an absolute headache"
I had such a rough time trying to get my return and refund sorted out. What I thought would be a simple process somehow turned into this whole dramatic saga of waiting, checking for updates, and having to follow up more than once just to figure out what was going on. It took way longer than I expected, and by the end I was drained from dealing with it. Maybe other people have a smoother experience, but for me, this part made the whole thing seriously frustrating.

"Shipping took about forever"
I ordered from lexiehearing.com and the delivery was frustrating. The tracking didn’t update for around a few days, and the package showed up later than they originally said it would. The product was fine once it finally got here, but the shipping part definitely wasn’t great. Not the best first experience ordering from them.

"Constant whistling all day"
This thing whistles nonstop, and it gets really annoying fast. I don’t think it’s right to sell something that makes that kind of feedback noise all day and expect people to just deal with it.

"Decent support, but way too slow"
Customer service was fine overall, but I got impatient waiting for replies. They did answer my questions eventually, and they were helpful enough, but it took longer than I expected and I had to repeat myself once, which was annoying. Not terrible, just a slower process than it needed to be.

"Works, but it’s a bit clunky"
The app does what I need for the most part, and it usually connects fine, but it definitely gets a little glitchy sometimes. It’ll freeze now and then, and changing settings can feel kinda awkward or laggy. It’s not terrible or anything, just feels like it needs some cleanup and fixes.

"Battery is decent, if you’re patient"
The battery gets me through the day well so far, which is nice. Charging is a bit slow, but I guess that’s fine if you have nothing better to do than wait around.

"Not much improvement and confusing communication"
I was really hoping Lexie would make a bigger difference, but I didn’t notice much improvement in my hearing. Voices still sounded kind of muffled, and I found myself constantly adjusting the settings without really getting it right. What made it more frustrating was that the communication and instructions weren’t very clear, so I felt like I was guessing half the time. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just didn’t feel worth the money. I’m disappointed

"Setup was nothing like they promised"
They made it sound like setup would be quick and simple, but that definitely wasn’t my experience. I could not get it set up at all, and the instructions were way more confusing than expected. Frustrating when they promise an easy process and it turns into a headache.

"Noise reduction didn’t really make a difference"
I was hoping the noise reduction would help more, but background noise is still overwhelming, especially in restaurants. Voices kind of get lost, so I end up struggling to follow conversations. I also felt a bit passed around when trying to get help with it, which was frustrating. Overall, it just hasn’t been great for me

"Really not easy to use"
I had a rough time using the site and getting everything set up . The pages felt all over the place , and I kept clicking around in circles just trying to find basic information .

Maybe it works fine for other people , but for me it was frustrating . After a while I just gave up , because something like this really should not feel that hard .

I wanted to like it, and at first it seemed fine, but after a few weeks mine broke. I wasn’t even using it that heavily, so that was frustrating. Also, the material kind of felt cheap from the start, which I guess should’ve been a sign. It looks okay, but yeah, definitely not something I’d expect to last

"Charging can be a little unpredictable"
The hearing aids themselves work fine for the most part, but the weird part is the charging isn’t always consistent. I’ll leave them in the charger overnight, and sometimes one side still isn’t fully charged by morning. It’s not a huge deal, but it is annoying when I’m counting on them being ready for the day.

"Sound quality just wasn’t it"
I really wanted to like these, but the sound quality was bad for me. Everything had this tinny, sharp sound to it, almost like cheap earbuds when the volume is turned up too high.

Voices were still hard to make out, especially if there was any background noise. I tried messing with the settings a bunch, and I even contacted support, but I just kept getting transferred around instead of actually getting help, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

For the price, I expected a lot better. After a few days I stopped using them because listening with them felt more annoying than helpful.

"I gave these a try for about..."
I gave these a try for about a week, but they just wouldnt stay in my ears. I even swapped out the tips to see if that would help, but they still kept slipping out. Having to adjust them all day got annoying, so they just werent for me.
